One of the most underrated practices in life is gratefulness. There’s always something to be thankful for—and when you place yourself in that state, guess what happens? You attract more of that energy. More good flows your way.
This is a practice I turn to often. Especially when I’m feeling down—when being thankful feels like the last thing I want to do. That’s exactly when I push myself. I either choose to be grateful… or I go for a run (I’ll talk more about running in another blog).
The first step is always the hardest. When you’re overwhelmed by problems, it’s hard to see anything worth appreciating. But try this:
Look around you. Do you have a roof over your head? Say it out loud: “I’m thankful for the roof that shelters me.”
Look at your hands. Say it out loud: “I’m grateful for these hands that let me create, hold, and do.”
It might feel silly at first—but something shifts. The more you say it, the more you see. And slowly, your energy begins to change.
In my experience, what we think matters. But what we say matters even more. Speaking it out loud brings it into reality. Your voice carries vibration. It’s not just a thought anymore—it’s a declaration.

Try it. Say it. Shift your energy.
